Our classes often fill up (we love you for that), which means every spot matters.
If your plans change, please cancel at least 12 hours before class so someone else can take your place. Even a last-minute cancel helps—opening your spot gives someone on the waitlist a chance to move.
Late Cancel (within 12 hours):
Members: $12 fee
Class packs + single classes: class credit forfeitedNo Show (not canceling + not in class at start time):
$16 fee for all clients
Class packs + single classes also forfeit their class creditWe start class right on time, and late entry isn’t permitted. Those first few minutes are intentional—breath, setup, and getting everyone into the flow together. Arriving a few minutes early ensures you don’t miss it.
We know life happens—this isn’t about being rigid. It’s about creating a smooth, respectful experience for everyone in the room.
-
If a class is full, you can join the waitlist in the app. If a spot opens more than 60 minutes before class starts, the next person on the waitlist will be automatically added to class and notified by text and email.
Once added, your spot is confirmed and Routine’s standard cancellation policy applies. If you can no longer attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist or cancel your reservation in the app as soon as possible so someone else can get in.

Grip socks are required for all Reformer and Chair classes (and encouraged for Mat + Barre). They keep you stable and our equipment clean.
Forgot yours? No stress — we have them available for purchase at the studio.
For all heated classes, please bring a mat towel or your own mat. We have mat towels available for purchase, and of course, we always provide complimentary small sweat towels.
Why a mat towel?
Towels protect the mat and create a hygienic layer between you and the mat. -

Our Reformer I classes are specifically designed specifically for first-time clients.

Our heated formats vary by class style (and will always be clearly listed in the class description).
Bikram: 110°+
Hot classes: 95–105°+
Warm classes: 80–85°+The heat is intentional, designed to support mobility, circulation, and that deep, satisfying glow. Hydrate well, listen to your body, and move at your own pace.

Yes…with a few important guidelines.
Filming is allowed, but no other clients may be visible in your frame. This is non-negotiable—we take everyone’s privacy seriously.
If you plan to film:
You must be positioned in the back row or a corner spot
Set up your camera before class begins
Be mindful of your angle and surroundings
Keep equipment minimal and out of the way
Our instructors may ask you to adjust or stop filming at any time to maintain the flow of class and protect the experience for everyone in the room.
TL;DR: Back row or corner. Film yourself, not other people.

Yes! We offer convenient parking in the large private lot directly behind our building.
During our busiest times (weekday mornings and weekend mornings), the lot can fill up quickly. We recommend parking on Hennessey Avenue, just a short walk away (see map to the right)!
When school is not in session, you're also welcome to park at Harriet Beecher Stowe Elementary, which is right around the corner.

No. For the safety and wellbeing of our community, children and pets may not be left unattended in vehicles while attending class, wellness services, appointments, or otherwise using the studio.
If Routine staff become aware of a child or pet left unattended in a vehicle, we reserve the right to contact local authorities immediately.
This policy applies year-round and is intended to help keep everyone safe.

We don’t offer individual discounts based on profession or personal circumstance. Our community is made up of so many incredible people — students, healthcare workers, EMS, BIW employees, folks over 65, stay-at-home parents, and more. Because that represents such a large portion of our town, we’ve chosen to keep one consistent, thoughtfully priced rate for everyone.
Our pricing is intentionally designed to be as fair and accessible as possible. Rather than offering select discounts, we consider it a built-in community rate.
We’re so grateful you’re interested in Routine and can’t wait to welcome you in. ✨
