WELLNESS + RECOVERY

Feel good. And keep feeling good.

Wellness at Routine isn’t a bonus — it’s part of the foundation. Our recovery offerings are here to help your body repair, restore, and keep showing up for the things you love. Whether you’re training hard, sitting at a desk all day, or simply craving a reset, we’ve created a space where feeling good is the priority.

    Infrared Sauna

At Routine, our infrared saunas are designed to feel restorative, private, and customizable — whether you’re coming in solo or sharing the experience.

We use Sunlighten Infrared Saunas, an industry leader known for high-quality full-spectrum infrared technology and thoughtful design.

    WHAT TO EXPECT

    • Two private infrared sauna rooms

    • Each sauna comfortably fits 2 people (snugly, 3 people)

    • Customizable lighting so you can set the vibe

    • Bluetooth connectivity to play your own music, podcast, or meditation

    • Quiet, private space — no shared sauna rooms here

    INFRARED VS. STEAM SAUNA

Infrared saunas heat the body directly rather than warming the air around you. The result? A more comfortable temperature, a dry, breathable environment, and sessions that feel restorative instead of overwhelming.

Traditional steam saunas rely on high heat and humidity. Infrared uses light waves to gently warm tissues from the inside out — often making it a better option for people who don’t love intense heat.

    Red Light Therapy

We offer full-body red and near-infrared light therapy using PlatinumLED panels — a trusted, research-backed leader in photobiomodulation technology.

Red light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light that penetrate beneath the skin’s surface to support cellular repair, collagen production, reduced inflammation, and faster muscle recovery — all without heat. Many people notice less post-workout soreness, healthier and more vibrant skin, and subtle boosts in energy and mood.

Non-invasive and gentle, red light therapy works beautifully alongside movement or as a standalone reset when your body needs extra support.

    • Two full-body panels for head-to-toe coverage

    • Time to meditate, relax, or listen to a podcast

The Research

A closer look at the research behind our wellness offerings.

Red Light Therapy

Red and near-infrared light therapy (also known as photobiomodulation) has been studied for its potential effects on cellular function, inflammation, skin health, and recovery.

Infrared Sauna

Infrared saunas use radiant heat to warm the body more directly, often at lower ambient temperatures than traditional steam or dry saunas. Research on sauna bathing and passive heat exposure suggests potential benefits related to cardiovascular health, circulation, relaxation, and stress reduction.

Compression Therapy

Intermittent pneumatic compression (such as NormaTec-style boots) has been studied for its potential role in circulation support, soreness reduction, and perceived recovery — particularly following exercise.
