    Chair Pilates

Elegant, compact, and sneaky-effective. Chair classes blend balance, stability, and strength work through controlled, intentional movement. It’s an empowering challenge that builds deep functional strength and body awareness.

    Mat Pilates

Mat work is the heart of Pilates. Using your own bodyweight and small props, you’ll build deep core strength, improve posture, and refine mind-body connection.

Every Mat class is All Levels — instructors offer clear modifications and progressions so beginners feel supported and seasoned movers stay challenged.

  • Collage of fitness equipment and people exercising, with the word 'STRENGTH' in the center. Items include dumbbells, yoga mats, and resistance bands.

  • Sculpt

Full-body, mat-based movement designed to build strength, challenge your core, and get you moving. Sculpt classes blend mat work with light weights and props for a workout that feels equal parts strong and sweaty.

Classes: Unheated Sculpt, Hot Sculpt I, Hot Sculpt II, Hot Barre Sculpt

  • Barre

Small movements, big burn. Barre classes blend low-impact, full-body movement with strength, stability, and endurance work designed to challenge muscles in all the right ways.

Expect barre-inspired sequences, plenty of pulses, and that signature shake—all while building strength from head to toe.

    Classes: Barre, Heated Barre
